The Shift

Equity Accelerator

Build an equitable, anti-racist infrastructure for your business in 16 weeks.

After purchasing numerous diversity and inclusion books, trainings, and trying to take in all of the advice you’re finding on social media, you’re realizing you’re stuck. You know that diversity, equity, and inclusion work in your organization are not leading to fundamental changes but you have no idea how to shift to get there.

There is an approach that will ensure you have the infrastructure to start and stay on the journey long-term.

And that approach:

  • Provides you with a framework that helps you examine yourself along with your business practices.
  • Centers Black, Indigenous, and voices of Color so that their perspective are equally  heard, included, and valued.
  • Ensures your journey is no longer only about listening and learning but moves to meaningful action and change.

There are common themes that most teams are doing that are holding them back. Do these sound familiar?

Signing up for webinar after webinar hoping that one will give them some insight into how to shift your own business into one that is committed to being anti- racist.

Recognizing that the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives you’ve started aren’t enough and are leading to corporate frameworks and structures….but not real change.

Scared to move beyond traditional training that centers on white comfort and doesn’t actually support Black, Indigenous and voices of Color across the organization.

Desiring to actively examine not only your business but yourself too.

Burdening your internal non-white staff who are ready for change and don’t want to be tasked with doing the work alone.

It’s time to stop searching for a starting point and develop the infrastructure that will shift your organization to being anti-racist, inclusive, and centering racial equity.

Are you ready to shift to equity?

The Shift

A 16-Week Accelerator To Help You Build Your Business’s Anti-Racist Infrastructure through an Equitable Lens

Phase 1: Understand the Shift

Develop a shared understanding of what it means to become an anti-racist organization and the historical context that will inform your future shift.

Phase 2: Unpack the Shift

Unpack the specific shift you and your organization need to make through a two-part assessment that evaluates your current anti-racist practices as an individual and as a business.

Phase 3: Examine the Shift

Using our signature examination framework, identify the specific roots that are causing you and your team to stay stuck.

Phase 4: Redefine the Shift

Create your organization’s anti-racist vision statement, core value definition, and behavior competencies that will guide your work.

Phase 5: Design the Shift

Define your first-year work plan through a collaborative design process that centers Black, Indigenous, and voices of color on your team.

Phase 6: Test the Shift

Create your test, evaluation, and feedback structure for getting feedback on your work plan and if it’s actually making the shift you have intended for it to make.

Phase 7: Expand the Shift

Through a culture assessment, identify and build a culture plan that identifies coaching, training, and support needed to shift behaviors in the culture to support the designed shift.

Phase 8: Own the Shift

Learn how to carry this shift forward beyond you and your team and into the organization in a lasting way.

Individuals can apply for a solo spot or you can have up to 3 members from your organization join you.

*Applications are open beginning April 2021 and will be accepted on a rolling basis.

Need extended options? Want to invite more than 3 team members? Please let us know during the application call!

“Our company went through Dynasti Hunt’s Equity Accelerator and it gave us such a strong framework to explore how we can build a better business, that’s inclusive and equitable.

Everyone on the team was able to go through the materials, gain insights, and explore the topics each week. We experienced ah-ha moments, had uncomfortable discussions in a safe space, and learned so much.

Most importantly, we’re starting to implement and take action on the things that we learned in the Equity Accelerator, and we’re engaging in more focus groups and discussions with our clients and team members directly.

We’ve stopped making as many assumptions and we’re starting to ask more questions before we act. The Accelerator is going to have a lasting impact on our company, culture, and product.

I highly recommend Dynasti’s approach and programs, you won’t find anyone as caring or tapped into what matters for small businesses who want to build anti-racist equitable organizations.”

Nathalie Lussier

Founder at

By the way, I’m Dynasti, Racial Equity Coach.

I’m committed to seeing all entrepreneurs and organizations center racial equity in all of their practices. Over the years, I’ve worked with organizations to get beyond the beginning stages of diversity and inclusion work and into the deep work of addressing inequities that are keeping them from becoming anti-racist.

This work is deeply personal for me as a Black leader who has worked in both for-profit and not-for-profit spaces fighting to realize change for BIPOC staff. I believe that no matter what your level or role, everyone has the power to unpack and change workplace systems and practices that keep the traditionally marginalized oppressed. I also believe this work can not be done alone and should be done in the community so I see myself as much of a continued student in addition to being the lead educator of this space.

Who is this for?

This is for you if…

  • You are worried about being seen as performative and ready to be doing the work that leads to fundamental change.
  • You know that will continue to lose diverse team members, clients, and partners if you are not truly operating in an anti-racist way.
  • You know that you aren’t really sure where to begin and are tired of trying to figure it out on your own.
  • Ready to do the work, personally and through your business, of becoming anti-racist.
  • Deeply value Black, Indigenous, and People of Color and want them to feel equally valued, heard, and centered in your work.

This is not for you if…

  • You’re comfortable with your current corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, even if it’s not leading to change.
  • Are comfortable if you continually lose diverse team members, clients, and partners.
  • Not ready to become anti-racist and are unsure of why it should matter to you and your business.
  • Believe that you can figure out on your own, if you read enough books and take enough quick courses.
  • Not in a leadership role or a part of a leadership team that is responsible for any level of decision-making in the business.

You’re tired of trying to figure out on your own how to shift to equity and anti-racism practices in your business.

It’s exhausting freaking out every month because you are continuing to sit and watch change not happen and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color be negatively impacted as a result.

It’s frustrating watching other organizations share how they’ve been progressing in their own journey and you’re constantly wondering what do they know that I don’t? What approach are they using that’s leading to meaningful change.

The time to enroll is now. Don’t let another year go by with you still learning but not changing.
