Meet Dynasti Hunt
Dynasti is an award-winning Talent and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leader, committed to redesigning workplaces with a centered racial-equity lens.As founder of E@Work and Equity in Fitness, Dynasti specializes in racial equity coaching for organizations and their leadership teams, with a deep commitment to helping organizations across all sectors move towards tangible action and accountability in their equity work.
When she is not pushing for equity in all organizations, she leads fitness programming as a certified Group Fitness Instructor. A 2020 Top 100 HR Icons Award Winner, Dynasti has a B.B.A. from Mercer University, an MBA from University of Missouri, Kansas City, and an M.E.L. from The Board Center.
Dynasti is also a Broad Residency Alum, Pahara Institute Next-Gen Alum, member of the national Forbes HR Council, and serves on the Board of Directors of The Women in Fitness Association (WIFA). Her work has been featured in Forbes, FastCompany, Cosmopolitan, and Well and Good.
Meet Jarreau Bowen, Coach
Jarreau is a design leader and educator who believes that we are all influential in the design that creates beauty in the world. His approach to equity-centered design helps individuals, teams, and organizations understand how to create programs and systems that center BIPOC staff voices and stories in the design process.
A graduate of Stanford University, Jarreau has a passion for storytelling, believing individual stories are the best vehicle to design a world of understanding, equity, and empathy. He has used his skill for leading user-centered design approaches as a DEI and Talent consultant for numerous industries, including the Group Fitness space as multi-discipline instructor and master trainer.
Meet Katrina Pilkington, Coach
Katrina is a national and global wellness educator bridging group fitness and personal training education with inclusion coaching as an adaptable champion of change. Her goal is to lead her community by example and relatability to shift the culture in wellness to be one of belonging, of accessible means, and of inclusive leadership at all times.
Katrina is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, Youth Exercise Specialist, Women’s Fitness Specialist, Nutrition Coach, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, and Wellness Educator also studying to complete her Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. She holds a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion with Cornell University and has worked as a group fitness coordinator in multiple studios, has mentored and trained over 400 group fitness instructors and personal trainers, and has spoken at multiple digital and in-person conferences on various wellness and DEI topics.
Katrina is a member of the National Society for Leadership and Success (Alpha Sigma Pi), an Action for Healthy Kids Ambassador, the Inclusion Guide at Handful, a Contributing Writer for Oxygen Magazine & multiple wellness publications, and Chair of the Equity and Inclusion Board with IDEA Health and Fitness.
Meet Michele Sutton, Coach
Michele is a leader in Executive Training and Leadership Development, committed to developing people and teams into high-performing, equity-focused leaders. Michele specializes in executive leadership coaching and organizational training, helping leaders build strong leadership teams, develop the confidence of their boards and investors, grow and scale their impact, design and launch new programs, and achieve ambitious goals while ensuring the sustainability of their organizations and operating as authentic and equity-focused leaders.
Michele has successfully turned around struggling organizations, grown and scaled organizational impact, and designed and launched new ventures in her roles as Executive Director and Vice President for a national education nonprofit, Senior Management Consultant with a public sector consulting company, Executive Leadership Coach working with nonprofit founders and CEOs, Board Chair of an innovative education startup, and head of Leadership Training and Development for an international education organization. Michele holds a B.A. from Duke University, a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University, and a Master of Public Policy from the Goldman School at UC-Berkeley.
